Dortch Secretary Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Notice of Relinquishment of Cincinnati Bell Wireless, LLC Section 214 Authorization (File No. ITC-214-19990804-00493) Dear Ms. Dortch: Cincinnati Bell Wireless, LLC (“CBW” or the “Company”), by its undersigned counsel, hereby notifies the Commission of the relinquishment of the Company’s Section 214 authority granted to provide global or limited global resale telecommunications services to all permissible points, effective immediately. 1 CBW no longer provides international service and has no international customers of its own. 2 Accordingly, the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19 of the Commission’s Rules are inapplicable. CBW has determined that the relinquishment of its global Section 214 authority under the above file number will more accurately reflect the services being provided by the entities in the Cincinnati Bell corporate family and reduce unnecessary administrative burdens. The cancellation of CBW’s global Section 214 authority will not in any way inconvenience or cause harm to customers.
