("GCI"), hereby confirms the surrender of the above- referenced international Section 214 authorization. In reviewing its files and Commission records, GCI has been unable to confirm whether it has previously surrendered this authorization and is therefore filing this notice out of an abundance of caution. GCI has not provided resold international telecommunications services in reliance upon that authorization for many years and therefore need not comply with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 63.19. Indeed, the authorization relates to services to foreign points authorized by AT&T and MCI tariffs that were cancelled many years ago. GCI subsidiaries providing resold international telecommunications services have relied, and continue to rely, on the international Section 214 authority held by GC] Communication Corp. (File Nos. lTC-214-19960116-00009 and ITC-ASG-20080821 -00395) and The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC (File No . ITC-214-20 120618-00162).
