On behalf of WaveCrest Communications LLC (“WaveCrest“), this letter surrenders, effective immediately, the International Section 214 Authorization of WaveCrest, granted in IB File No ITC xxx (the “International 214 Authority”). Given that WaveCrest does not provide any U.S. international services that require Section 214 authority, and therefore has no U.S. customers for these services, WaveCrest respectfully submits that it is not subject to the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R 63.19 because WaveCrest does not currently provide international telecommunications services to common carrier customers, WaveCrest respectfully submits that the surrender of the International 214 Authority is reasonable and necessary and will not harm the present or future public interest, convenience and necessity.
