(“Interactive Intelligence”) hereby surrenders its International Section 214 Authorization granted in IB File No. ITC-214-20151117-00272, effective as of the date of this letter. Interactive Intelligence’s international communications services are limited to the provision of interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) services. Accordingly, Interactive Intelligence does not provide any international telecommunications services that would require Section 214 authority and has no U.S. customers to which the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19(a)(1)-(2) would apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, although Interactive Intelligence is surrendering its International 214 Authorization, it is not discontinuing its international interconnected VoIP service.
