("AT Conference") hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") that AT Conference is surrendering its international Section 214 authorization (referenced above) effective immediately. AT Conference does not provide, and has not previously provided, international telecommunications services and has no customers for international telecommunications service. Accordingly, AT Conference provides the following Commission rule 63.19 information only out of an abundance of caution. AT Conference notes it has had no international telecommunications service customers within the past thirty days. Therefore, there are and were no customers to be notified in accordance with Section 63.19(a)(1) of the Commission‘s Rules and no customer notification is attached to this letter.
