ITC— 214—19940224—00086‘ (the "International Authority"). On January 1, 2015, through a series of transactions involving wholly owned subsidiaries of United States Cellular Corporation ("USCC"), NC1 was merged with and into USCOC of Greater North Carolina, LLC ("USCOC—GNC"). The assignment was pro forma, as both NC1 and USCOC—GNC were wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of USCC. USCOC—GNC will continue providing international telecommunications services under the International Section 214 Authority of its parent USCC (File Nos.
