("Inmarsat") hereby surrenders the above—referenced grant of market access for a Ka—band satellite at the nominal 63° W.L. orbital location, which the Commussion granted on September 18, 2014. It has become apparent that Inmarsat‘s plans for a satellite at this location are not currently feasible due to unresolved issues in the international frequency coordination process.
