Section 63.21(i) Notice of name change File No. ITC-214-19990923-00617 Dear Ms. Dortch: AboveNet Communications International, Inc., by its attorney, hereby notifies the Commission that its correct name is “AboveNet International, Inc.” (“AboveNet International”). AboveNet International recently discovered that the name change information supplied to the Commission when AboveNet International emerged from bankruptcy in 2003 (see File No. ITC- ASC-20030527-00280) was in error. AboveNet International regrets this error and any inconvenience it may cause the Commission or Commission staff. To the extent required, AboveNet International requests that the Commission waive the requirement in Section 63.21(i) that notification of a name change be filed within 30 days of the change.
