(“DigitalGlobe”), by its attorneys and on behalf of its predecessor-in- interest GeoEye License Corp. (“GeoEye”), hereby informs the Commission that the satellite earth station under Call Sign E970354 at Norman, Oklahoma, licensed to GeoEye has permanently ceased operations. DigitalGlobe acquired the GeoEye earth station following the merger of DigitalGlobe and GeoEye’s parent company in 2013 but never operated the station. See File No. SES-T/C-20120817-00761. Please accept this letter as confirmation of the surrender of the license for Call Sign E970354 (File No. SES-RWL-20070831-01194) effective April 28, 2014. Mr. Dan Jablonsky, General Counsel to DigitalGlobe and former Secretary for GeoEye, is duly authorized to surrender of the subject GeoEye license and has directed the undersigned counsel to request such surrender.
