Room TW-A325 Washington, DC 20554 Re: Surrender of Certain International Section 214 Authorizations of Zayo Group, LLC Dear Ms. Dortch: By this letter, Zayo Group, LLC (“Zayo”) surrenders, effective as of the date of this letter, the following international Section 214 authorizations (“Authorization”), which recently were assigned to Zayo: ITC-214-20100827-003471 and ITC-214-19980224- 00140.2 The surrendered Authorizations are no longer needed because Zayo holds the following Authorization to provide international telecommunications services that is being retained by Zayo: ITC-214-20091106-00475. This action is being undertaken to reduce the administrative burden on Zayo associated with maintaining multiple Authorizations and Zayo is not discontinuing any international services.
