Letter Surrendering International Section 214 (JITC—214—20041102—00427) This letter is to surrender the International Section 214 currently held by Gestatio, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Gestatio"). Per the guidance provided by the Policy Division of the FCC International Bureau, this letter is being utilized instead of the discontinuance procedures set forth in Section 63.19 of the Commissions rules, since Gestatio does not have any customers. As such, this letter will be filed electronically via the FCC IBFS system. Gestatio does not have discontinuance issues and it has received a status of Green light from the FCC Accounts Receivable since it has resolved all outstanding FCC regulatory fees. The surrender of the international section 214 authorization of Gestatio is to be effective immediately.
