(Easynet) hereby surrenders for immediate cancellation with effect from the date of this letter its authority pursuant to Section 214 to provide international common carrier telecommunications service. Easynet acquired its authorization on February 18, 1998 under FCC file number ITC—214—20090430—00192. Easynet has no customers that would be affected by the license surrender, and, therefore, no notice of discontinuance was provided in accordance with Section 63.19 of the Commission‘s Rules.
