(“RigNet”), this letter surrenders, effective immediately, the International Section 214 Authorization of RigNet, Inc. granted in IB File No. ITC-214- 20021029-00515 (the “International 214 Authority”). Given that RigNet does not provide any U.S. international services that require Section 214 authority, and therefore has no U.S. customers for these services, RigNet respectfully submits that it is not subject to the customer notification requirements of Section 63.19 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R § 63.19.
