Cablevision Systems Westchester Corporation Request for Surrender of Call Sign WY41 IBFS Surrender Authorization Exhibit 1 Request for Surrender of Authorization Cablevision Systems Westchester Corporation (“Licensee”) hereby submits the attached request to terminate the fixed earth station bearing the call sign WY41. Because the satellite earth station is no longer necessary for its operations, the Licensee seeks to cancel the authorization. The Licensee requests that reference to the surrender of authorization be included in an upcoming Commission Public Notice.
