("T—Mobile"), on behalf of its wholly—owned subsidiaries SunCorm Wireless License Company, LLC and SunCom Wireless Puerto Rico License Co., LLC (the "SunCom Subsidiaries"), surrenders the SunCom Subsidiaries‘ authority to provide international telecommunications service between the United States and Montenegro under the above—referenced international Section 214 authorizations. The SunCom Subsidiaries, however, will continue to serve all other approved U.S.—international routes under the above— referenced Section 214 authorizations. By virtue of T—Mobile‘s recent acquisition of the SunCom Subsidiaries,‘ the SunCom Subsidiaries became affiliated with Telekom Crne Gore A.D., the monopoly fixed line telecommunications carrier in Monteneg‘ro.2 Montenegro is an observer, rather than a member, of the World Trade Organization. Accordingly, the SunCom Subsidiaries are relinquishing their existing authority to serve the U.S.—Montenegro route effective February 22, 2008. The SunCom Subsidiaries reserve their right to petition the Commission at a later date for authority to serve the U.S.—Montenegro route. \ See Applications of T—Mobile USA, Inc. and SunCom Wireless Holdings, Inc.
