Box 358160 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15251-5160 To Whom It May Concern: Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research would like to surrender the following two Earth Station satellite licenses designated by call signs E865130, and E865131. We have uninstalled our satellite dishes at these two locations. If at a later date, we decide to pursue another earth station satellite communications system from these sites, we would install a new and different architecture and then would apply for a new license.
