July 18, 2008 Federal Communications Commission Gettysburg, Pennsylvania Re: Earth Station Call Sign E060350 To Whom It May Concern, Please accept this letter as South Carolina Public Service Authority’s official notice of our desire to surrender the aforementioned earth station call sign, E060350. Due to the cost of implementing and adding to an earth station system, South Carolina Public Service Authority (a.k.a. Santee Cooper) has abandoned this approach and is pursuing another, more cost effective, means of communicating with our equipment. Thank you for originally authorizing this license and permitting us to at least pursue what we thought initially was the best engineering solution.
