China Mobile International (USA) Inc. – ISPC Application Additional Information (Questions 3 and 7) China Mobile International (USA) Inc. (“China Mobile USA”) has filed an application seeking authority under Section 214 of the Communications Act, as amended, to provide international telecommunications services on a facilities and resale basis. (See IBFS File No. ITC-214- 20110901-00289.) China Mobile USA expects to begin implementing its network on or about October 31, 2011, although it will not provide international telecommunications services until its pending Section 214 application has been approved.
