This document pretains to SPC-NEW-20110325-00009 for New Application on a Signaling Point Code filing.

Within the assignment guidelines, and consistent with ITU_T Recommendation
Q.708, Syniverse requests the assignment of three (3) International Signaling
Point Codes. Syniverse requires one International Signaling Point Codes to
support SS7 Transaction (TCAP) messages for international carriers. Syniverse
supports the transfer of mobile subscriber information from one cellular network
to another.

The location of the SCP is Dallas, TX, paired with SCP located in Wentzville, MO.
The type of SS7 equipment will be an SCP [application server] and the service
deployed is associated with GSM Value-Added Service

International carrier networks will use the international SS7 domain to signal to
the new CPC, necessitating its unique network appearance, to obtain proper
signaling network management [SNM] function for the new point code in the
international domain.
