EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the transfer of control of the earth station license identified at item A8 of FCC Form 312, Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), as part of a Purchase Agreement by and among Cox Enterprises, Inc., Cox Media Group, LLC, Cox Media Group Ohio, Inc., and Cox Radio, Inc. (collectively “Cox”), Terrier Media Holdings, Inc. and Terrier Media Buyer, Inc. The Earth Station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of radio stations for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the stations’ local communities. The parties to this application have filed a transfer of control application in the Media Bureau’s CDBS electronic filing system for consent to this transaction for the licensee of the radio stations associated with this Earth Station. After consummation of the proposed transaction, the licensee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purposes as before the merger. Accordingly, grant of this FCC form 312 would serve the public interest. 207459956 v1
