(“T-Mobile” or “Transferee”) of FCC licenses, authorizations and leases held by subsidiaries of Sprint Corporation (“Sprint” or “Transferor”) (together, “Applicants”), as well as the pro forma transfer of control of FCC licenses, authorizations and leases held by subsidiaries of T-Mobile. A full description of the transaction and discussion of the proposed post-closing control and ownership of Transferee are associated with ULS File No. 0008224209, the lead wireless application, as well as the Joint Application for Consent to Transfer Control of International and Domestic Authority Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as Amended, filed in WT Docket No. 18-197 on June 18, 2018 (“Joint Application”). Applicants hereby incorporate by reference the information regarding the control and ownership of the post- transaction Transferee, as requested by question A20 of Schedule A to the Form 312, from the Joint Application at 3-5.
