Attachment for Block 43 of FCC Form 312 (Description of the nature of the application) This is a notification of transfer of control of a receive—only earth station registration (EO90094). Pursuant to an asset purchase consummated on October 15, 2017, SkyLine Telephone Membership Corporation ("SkyLine") acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding Class A and B shares of the stock in Chesnee Telephone Company, Incorporated d/b/a Chesnee Communications ("Chesnee Telephone"). Chesnee Cable, Inc., a wholly—owned subsidiary of Chesnee Telephone, was issued a license for Station E090094 on July 7, 2009 (File No. SES— REG—20090601—00672), for the term beginning May 30, 2009, with an expiration date of May 30, 2024. As a result of the transaction between SkyLine and Chesnee Telephone, Chesnee Cable, Inc. became an indirect, wholly—owned subsidiary of SkyLine.
