Exhibit F Schedule A Block 21 — A statement setting forth the facts which show how the transfer of control will serve the public interest. The transaction will serve the public interest by ensuring the continued provision of high quality telecommunications services to the customers of Chesnee Cable, Inc. and Chesnee Telephone Company, Incorporated d/b/a Chesnee Communications, Chesnee Cable‘s parent company and a provider of telecommunications services in South Carolina. The transaction will be transparent to Chesnee Telephone and Chesnee Cable customers, who will experience no disruption in service as a result thereof. Transferee SkyLine and its affiliates are experienced in the provision of rural telecommunications services and, to date, have had an excellent record of serving their North Carolina customers. The transaction will not adversely affect subscribers, competitors or the market for the provision of telecommunications services.
