A Personal Representative has not been appointed in another county in this state and neither the Will nor Codicil subject of this Application not any othet Wilt or Codicil of the decedent has been the subject of a previous probate order' NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: L The Application for informal probate is hereby granted and the Will datcd May 21, 1997,the First Codicil dated February 6,2006 and the Second Codicil dated October 2,2A09, are hereby adrnitted to informal probate. 2.
