(“Radiate”), to acquire RCN Telecom Services, LLC (“RCN”) from certain subsidiaries of Yankee Cable Partners, LLC (the “Transaction”). Radiate filed an application for consent to the transfer of control of certain licenses and Section 214 authorizations in September 2016.1/ The Commission granted the transfer of control with respect to those licenses and authorizations in November 2016.2/ The Transaction closed February 1, 2017. Please note that the holder of the above-referenced earth station license, Starpower Communications, LLC, a subsidiary of RCN, has not changed.
