Ownership Information This application proposes the transfer of control of American Urban Radio Networks, the licensee of Earth Station E010209 from Sheridan Broadcasting Networks, Inc. to NBN Broadcasting, Inc., 112 West 34th Street, Suite 1401, New York, NY 10120. The ownership of NBN Broadcasting, Inc. is as follows: NBN Broadcasting, Inc. is 100% owned by Access.1 Communications Corp-NY, which is 100% owned by Access.1 Communications Corp, which is 52% owned by A.1 Holdco LLC, which is 100% owned by A.1 Investco LLC. A.1 Investco LLC is 100% owned by Todd Boehly, who is its sole manager. Todd Boehly is resigning from his position as sole manager of A.1 Investco LLC, and is transferring his 100% ownership interest in A.1 Investco LLC to Kevin Gundersen, who will become the 100% owner of A.1 Investco LLC and its sole manager. This transfer of control will be consummated following the grant of two transfer of control applications pending in the Media Bureau, File Nos. BTCH-20160318AAZ and BTCH-20160318ABE, and one which has been granted, BTC-20160318ABB. The three transfers of control will be consummated simultaneously. In addition, Todd Boehly will resign from his position as sole manager of A.1 Holdco LLC, and Kevin Gundersen will become the sole manager of A.1 Holdco LLC. Kevin Gundersen is a director of NBN Broadcasting, Inc. and several of its affiliates, and he will retain his position in those companies. The officers and directors of NBN Broadcasting, Inc. are:
