Exhibit E Ownership Arctek Satellite Productions, LLC (“Arctek”) is the licensee of Earth Stations E040188, E050006, E070045, E100093, and E980107. The current members of Arctek, all of whom are U.S. citizens, are: Todd Hanks (60%) Member P.O. Box 10888 White Bear Lake, MN 55110 Brian Stanley (20%) Member P.O. Box 10888 White Bear Lake, MN 55110 and Shawn Erickson (20%) Member P.O. Box 10888 White Bear Lake, MN 55110. As a result of this application, the membership interests of Todd Hanks and Shawn Erickson will be transferred to Brian Stanley. Post-transfer, Brian Stanley will hold 100% of the membership interests in Arctek. {00969603-1 }
