Washington, DC 20554 RE: Earth Stations E920199 and E150101 SES—T/C—20151030—00797 Extension of Time to Consummate Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of ION Media Stations, LLC ("ION"), approved transferee of the above— referenced earth stations, we hereby request an extension of time, for a period of 180 days, until November 6, 2017, to consummate the above—referenced transfer of control application. The transaction referenced above is part of a multi—licensee internal reorganization of ION Media Networks, Inc. ION has been unable to consummate the transfer of control application due to its ongoing participation in the FCC‘s incentive auction. Until such time as all post—auction filings and disbursements are made, ION respectfully requests that the Commission grant an extension of time to consummate the transaction.
