EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the transfer of control of the earth station license(s) identified at item A8 of FCC Form 312 schedule A (the “Earth Stations”), from ION Media Networks, Inc. to ION Media Stations, LLC. The earth stations are used in connection with the broadcast operations of various television stations for coverage of events of interest to the stations local communities. The parties to this application have filed FCC Form 316 pro forma transfer of control applications in the Media Bureau’s CDBS electronic filing system for consent to transfer control of the licensees of the TV stations associated with these earth stations. After consummation of the proposed transaction, the licensees will continue to use the earth stations in the same manner and for the same purposes as before the transfer. Accordingly, grant of this FCC form 312 would serve the public interest. 123219739 v1
