EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the transfer of control of the Licensee1 as listed in Item A1 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A of the earth station license(s) identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), to Meredith Media General Corporation (the “Transferee”). The Earth Station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of commonly owned television station(s), for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. The Transferee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purpose as before the transfer of control.
