FCC Form 312 Question 42a Use of Non-U.S. Licensed Satellites to Provide Service in the United States The proposed Assignee, Panasonic Avionics Corporation (“Panasonic Avionics”), plans to make no change in the licensee’s use of non-U.S. licensed satellites to provide service within the United States as previously approved by the Commission in connection with the operation of the authorized earth stations. Panasonic Avionics further specifies that, pursuant to Section 25.137(a) of the Commission’s Rules, that the only non-U.S. licensed satellites that will be accessed by the licensee’s earth stations will be those that are included on the FCC’s Permitted Space Station List.
