FCC Form 312 Application for Pro Forma Transfer of Control of Earth Station Licensee Question A.21 EXHIBIT F Public Interest Statement As described in Exhibit E, this application proposes the pro forma transfer of control of earth station licensee USSecurenet, LLC (“USS” or “Licensee”). Commission consent to the proposed transfer is in the public interest. Specifically, FCC grant of the application will serve the public interest by modifying the Licensee’s ownership structure for business and tax reasons without any substantive change in ownership. Licensee requests that grant of the application be conditioned upon continued compliance with the agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Homeland Security posted as of January 9, 2009 on the FCC’s website link for IBFS File No. SES-LFS- 20051123-01634.
