(“ISAT”), by its undersigned attorney, hereby amends the above- referenced Petition for Declaratory Ruling (“PDR”) by withdrawing its requests on pages 3 and 5 asking that the standard conditions enumerated in Section 1.994(b) of the FCC’s rules be included in the FCC’s grant of the PDR. ISAT also requests that the word “2013” be deleted from the first paragraph and last paragraph of the PDR. ISAT expects to file a follow-up PDR seeking a new authorization under the Commission’s 2013 foreign ownership authorization rules. Please contact the undersigned if you have any questions.
