FCC Form 312 Question 42a Use of non-US licensed satellites to provide service in the United States Transferee, Panasonic Corporation of North America (“PNA”) and Licensee, ITC Global USA, LLC (“ITC USA”) plan to make no change in the Licensee’s use of non-U.S. licensed satellites to provide service in the United States as previously approved by the Commission. PNA and ITC Global further specify that, pursuant to § 25.137(a) of the Commission’s Rules, the only non-U.S. licensed satellites that will be accessed by the Licensee’s earth stations are those included on the FCC’s Permitted Space Station List.
