WSET Incorporated FCC Form 312 December 2014 Ex. F WSET Incorporated (“the Licensee”), seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the licensee from WSET Incorporated to Allbritton Communications Company (“ACC”), and then immediately to Allbritton Group, LLC (“AGLLC”). ACC is a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of AGLLC. The instant transaction is being undertaken as part of an internal reorganization in which WSET Incorporated will merge into ACC and, immediately thereafter, ACC will merge into AGLLC, and AGLLC will be the surviving entity. See Attachment A. The Earth Stations associated with the instant application are used in the operations of the Licensee’s full power television station, WSET-TV, Lynchburg, Virginia. The parties to this application have filed a pro forma transfer of control application, on FCC Form 316, with the Media Bureau, seeking consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the Licensee.
