WBMA Licensee, LLC FCC Form 312 December 2014 Ex. F The parties seek Commission consent to a two-step pro forma application. Specifically, TV Alabama, Inc., the assignor, seeks Commission consent to the pro forma assignment of earth station licenses, E060055 and E970058, to its wholly-owned subsidiary, and the proposed assignee, WBMA Licensee, LLC. Concurrently, TV Alabama, Inc. seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the assignee, from TV Alabama, Inc. to, ultimately, Allbritton Group, LLC. See Attachment A. The Earth Stations associated with the instant application are used in the operations of the licensee’s digital low power television station, WBMA-LD, Birmingham, Alabama. The parties to this application have filed a pro forma transfer of control application, on FCC Form 316, with the Media Bureau, seeking consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the Licensee.
