WHTM Acquisition LLC FCC Form 312 Exhibit F The Shareholders of Post-Merger Media General, Inc. seek Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the licensee of transmit/receive earth station E960045 from Media General, Inc. to Shareholders of Post-Merger Media General, Inc. Station E960045 is used in the operation of WHTM-TV, which serves the community of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The parties have filed the appropriate application on FCC 316 concerning the transfer of control of WHTM-TV with the FCC’s Media Bureau. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by grant of the instant application.
