EXHIBIT F Public Interest Statement This application seeks FCC consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the licensee of the earth station license(s) identified at item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station(s)”). The Earth Station(s) are used in connection with the broadcast operations of television stations for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the stations’ local communities. As described in Exhibit E, the parties to this application have filed an FCC Form 316 pro forma transfer of control application in the Media Bureau’s CDBS electronic filing system for consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the licensee of the TV station(s) associated with the Earth Station(s). After consummation of the proposed transaction, the licensee will continue to use the Earth Station(s) in the same manner and for the same purposes as before the assignment. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest. 108184708 v1
