Exhibit F Transmit/receive earth station E060155 is used in conjunction with the operation of KYTX(TV), Nacogdoches, Texas. This transmit/receive earth station will continue to be used following the pro-forma transfer of control in the provision of programming on KYTX. The public interest will be served by allowing continued operation of this earth station.
