Exhibit F TVRO earth station E070285 is used in conjunction with the operation of KBMT(TV), Beaumont, Texas. This TVRO earth station will continue to be used following the pro-forma transfer of control in the provision of programming on KBMT. The public interest will be served by allowing continued operation of this TVRO earth station.
