(“AT&T”) and DIRECTV (collectively “Applicants”) are seeking the FCC’s consent to transfer the control of authorizations and licenses from DIRECTV to AT&T. The full set of exhibits, which includes the Public Interest Statement, attachments and all declarations, can be found in Exhibit A of AT&T’s application to transfer the control of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC’s Direct Broadcast Satellite Service space station authorizations (call signs S2430, S2455, S2632, S2669, and S2673), and Applicants hereby incorporate Exhibit A of that application by reference. Applications to transfer the control of wireless services licenses are concurrently being filed in the FCC’s Universal Licensing System.
