Sinclair Communications, LLC FCC Form 312 May 2014 EXHIBIT F This application seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of KDNL Licensee, LLC, licensee of earth station licenses, E960115, E960087 and KV60 (the “Stations”), from Sinclair Media I, Inc. to Sinclair Communications, LLC. The Stations are used in connection with the operations of KDNL-TV, which serves the viewing population of St. Louis, Missouri. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
