Sinclair Communications, LLC FCC Form 312 February 2014 EXHIBIT F This application seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of WTVC Licensee, LLC, licensee of earth station licenses, E070125, E881057 and E000294 (the “Stations”), from Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc. to Sinclair Communications, LLC. The Stations are used in connection with the operations of WTVC(TV), which serves the viewing population of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
