The licensee, Sinclair Communications, LLC, Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (“SBG”) are Maryland corporations. Sinclair Television of Nashville, Inc. is a Tennessee corporation. The individuals listed below hold 10% or more of the voting and equity stock in SBG. Each individual is a U.S. citizen. David D. Smith, 10706 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030, holds 22.7% of the votes and 9.2% of the equity of SBG. Frederick G. Smith, 10706 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030, holds 12.3% of the votes and 4.2% of the equity of SBG. J. Duncan Smith, 10706 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030, holds 20.8% of the votes and 7.2% of the equity of SBG. Robert E. Smith, 10706 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030, holds 19% of the votes and 6.6% of the equity of SBG.
