EXHIBIT F FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Public Interest Statement and Description of Transaction On December 26, 2013, a form 315 application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission for consent to transfer control of KEVN, Inc. (“KEVN”) from Mission TV, LLC (“Transferor”) to Gray Television Group, Inc. (“Transferee”). KEVN is the licensee of KEVN-TV, Channel 7, Rapid City, South Dakota and KIVV-TV, Channel 5, Lead, South Dakota and receive-only earth station E6395. This FCC Form 312 application notifies the FCC of the transfer of control of receive-only earth station E6395 registration. Officers, directors, and other attributable interest holders in Transferor are Amcito, GP, Amcito Partners L.P., Reyner Family Partners, GP, William S. Reyner, Jr., Cynthia S. McNeill, Robert A. Slocum, and Gregory S. Little. The station that is subject to this notification will be used in the same manner and for the same purposes following the transfer of control as it was before the transfer of control.
