FCC Form 312 Exhibit F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT Denali Media Anchorage, Corp. (“Licensee”) seeks Commission consent to a non-substantial change in control of the ownership of satellite earth stations E060015 and E060291 (the “SES Licenses”). The SES Licenses are currently indirectly owned by transferor GCI, Inc. through GCI, Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary Denali Media Holdings, Corp., which is the parent of Licensee. The Licenses will continue to be held by Licensee, which will continue to be indirectly owned by GCI, Inc. through Denali Media Holdings, Corp., but two intermediary subsidiaries will be added between GCI, Inc. and Denali Media Holdings Corp.: GCI Holdings, Inc. (“GCI Holdings”), a direct subsidiary of GCI, Inc., and transferee GCI Communication Corp., a direct subsidiary of GCI Holdings. Denali Media Anchorage, Corp. submitted an application on FCC Form 316 for Commission consent to the non-substantial change in control of KTVA, Anchorage, Alaska, and six related television translator stations.1 Upon consummation of the proposed transfer of control, Denali Media Anchorage, Corp. expects to use the SES Licenses in substantially the same manner as they are currently being used, namely to support KTVA(DT)’s broadcast television operations.
