FCC Form 312, Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Exhibit F: Response to Item A21 PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of earth station licenses held by Gilat North America, L.L.C. (“Gilat NA”), formerly known as RaySat Antenna Systems, L.L.C. The transfer will occur pursuant to the internal restructuring described in Exhibit E. No change is proposed in the operation of the licensed facilities. Ultimate ownership and control of the licenses will remain unchanged, and service to customers will continue without interruption. The proposed pro forma transfer of control will serve the public interest by facilitating more efficient service to end users.
