F TTBG/KDBC License Sub, LLC, the licensee of transmit/receive earth station E910288 (the “Station”), seeks consent to the transfer of control of the Station from TTBG LLC to El Paso (KDBC-TV), Inc. The Station is used in the operations of the commonly owned television station KDBC-TV, which serves the viewing population of El Paso, Texas. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
