Sinclair Television Group, Inc. FCC Form 312 August 2013 Ex. F Sinclair Television Group, Inc. (“STG”), the proposed transferee, seeks Commission consent to the transfer of control of KATV, LLC, the licensee of transmit/receive earth stations E090124, E940446 and E980350 and receive-only earth station E070289 (the “Earth Stations”), from the Shareholders of Perpetual Corporation to STG (collectively the “Parties”). The Earth Stations are used in the operation of KATV(TV) (the “TV Station”), which serves the community of Little Rock, Arkansas. The Parties are concurrently filing a Media Bureau transfer of control application, on FCC Form 315, seeking consent to the transfer of the TV Station. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
