Sinclair Television Group, Inc. FCC Form 312 August 2013 Ex. F Sinclair Television Group, Inc. (“STG”), the proposed transferee, seeks Commission consent to the transfer of control of ACC Licensee, LLC, the licensee of transmit/receive earth station E910477, transmit-only earth stations E010272 and E910441, and receive-only earth stations E060027 and E020186 (the “Earth Stations”), from the Shareholders of Perpetual Corporation to STG (collectively the “Parties”). The Earth Stations are used in the operation of WJLA-TV (the “TV Station”), which serves the community of Washington, D.C. The Parties are concurrently filing a Media Bureau transfer of control application, on FCC Form 315, seeking consent to the transfer of the TV Station. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
